Thank you for electing me as your President. I am very honored. It is with pride that I accept this position and ask for your continued support and participation in the coming year.

My Board and I will perform our duties to the best of our abilities as we begin a new year. We look forward to our term with great visions of meeting our goals and challenges, remembering to take the time to enjoy our gardens large or small. For what is a garden without flowers, shrubs, and birds, and what is a garden club without members, programs, projects, and fellowship?

That said, my theme is going to be Serenity in the Garden.

It is without a doubt that one can always find a moment of peace in a garden, whether it be that quiet spot, the kaleidoscope of colors, the daintiness of some plants, or the scent of flowers.

We have planned new and exciting programs for the coming year, and with your attendance, and participation in our programs, we will continue our tradition of making Madora Garden Club the best.

Remember: Gardening is a way of showing that you believe in tomorrow.
